Would you like to enjoy greater health, well-being and ease in your neck and shoulders? You are not alone! According to the National Health Interview Survey, the percentage of people with persistent neck and shoulder pain has more than doubled in the last 20 years.
Using a variety of yoga poses and techniques, we will work to release tension, to create space and mobility, as well as stabilizing and strengthening the shoulder joint and the neck. We will explore the anatomy of this complex area of the body and you will go home with tools to help you maintain health and well-being in your neck and shoulders.
Whether you experience regular tension in your necks and shoulders, or you would just like to increase the range of movement and health of your neck and shoulders, this workshop is a great opportunity to learn how to move
your shoulders in a way that increases their strength and integrity, as well as release tension around this important joint.
