Event Description

Looking for a restful and quiet yoga class that cultivates peace of mind and a healthy body? In this class some poses will be focused on passive stretching with longer holds and some poses will be more supported by props such as bolsters and blankets to allow for a deep release and nurturing experience.Both of these style of yoga promote healthy joints, strengthen the immune system and support good digestion as they move us away from the stress response (fight or flight) towards a place of rest and digest.all levels welcome!
