Unwind and de-stress from the holiday madness by getting on your mat. This workshop will guide you through a slow flow vinyasa class that begins with meditation and intention setting, progresses into movements and poses that will release tension in your body and stress in your mind, and finishes with an extra long savasana to leave you in a complete state of bliss. Bolsters, blankets and blocks will be used in this class to provide extra support and love.
