Meghan Brundage is a 500 hour Registered Yoga Teacher. She completed her first training in 2006 and completed a 200 hour certification in 2007. Since then, Meghan has become certified in Balanced Athlete, Yin, Prenatal and Restorative yoga as well as Meditation. Meghan also teaches indoor cycling in Boston.
